Responsibilities include greeting patients, verifying insurance, educating on financial responsibilities, and coordinating with billing and clinical staff to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of healthcare insurance benefits and coverage preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and deliver a warm front-office experience.
• Complete patient intake, verify demographics and insurance eligibility.
• Educate patients on financial responsibilities and payment options.
• Collect time-of-service payments and meet collection targets.
• Manage clinic scheduling workflows and provider availability.
• Collaborate with PES, Billing, and Clinical Operations to resolve issues.
