Athletico seeks a Patient Experience Coordinator to ensure accurate patient intake and financial clearance, delivering a seamless front-office experience. You will collaborate with the Clinic Manager and PES while maintaining data integrity and supporting revenue cycle performance.

You will educate patients on financial responsibilities, collect payments, and optimize scheduling. Proficiency with EMR systems and MS Office is required to drive improvements and patient satisfaction.

Qualificações

• 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred
• 1-2 years of healthcare administration experience preferred
• Proficient with MS Office, Outlook and Excel; knowledge of healthcare benefits preferred

Responsabilidades

• Greet patients and deliver an exceptional front-office experience
• Complete patient intake and registration with accuracy and insurance eligibility
• Explain financial responsibilities and payment options to patients
• Collect payments and support revenue cycle targets
• Coordinate scheduling and communicate with PES, Billing and Clinical Ops teams
• Use EMR systems and dashboards to track metrics and drive improvements
• Share patient progress notes with referral sources in a timely manner
• Support community engagement and patient milestone events
• Participate in ongoing cross-training of front-office duties
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and data integrity
