• Greet patients and guests warmly, identify the practice, and assist with check-in/check-out.
• Register and schedule patients; verify insurance eligibility and collect co-pays as needed.
• Answer inbound calls, schedule appointments, and manage non-clinical tasks in the EHR.
• Balance cash and reconcile daily transactions in accordance with policy; support revenue cycle.
• Coordinate with clinicians and staff; perform other duties as assigned by management.
