Athletico Physical Therapy is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to ensure accurate patient intake and financial clearance while delivering a seamless front-office experience. You will collaborate with clinical teams and receive support from PES to safeguard data integrity and support revenue cycle performance.

The role emphasizes completing registrations, educating patients on financial responsibilities, and coordinating with Billing and Clinical Operations to resolve issues.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred.
• 1-2 years of healthcare administration preferred.

Mansioni

• Deliver an exceptional front-office experience by greeting patients warmly and resolving issues promptly.
• Accurately complete patient intake and registration, verify demographics and insurance eligibility.
• Educate patients on financial responsibilities, payment options, and digital tools.
• Collect time-of-service payments and meet targets to support revenue cycle performance.
• Manage clinic scheduling workflows to optimize provider availability and patient access.
• Monitor KPIs for registration accuracy, insurance verification turnaround, and patient satisfaction.
• Collaborate with PES, Billing, and Clinical Operations to resolve complex issues.
• Utilize EMR systems and dashboards to track patient outcomes and support improvements.
• Coordinate communication of progress notes to referral sources.
• Organize patient milestone celebrations and community-building activities.
