Job summary

Athletico is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to ensure accurate patient intake and financial clearance, delivering a seamless front‑office experience. You will support data integrity, collaborate with clinic teams, and assist with revenue cycle processes in a fast-paced environment.

The role reports to the Clinic Manager and works with the PES, Billing, and Clinical Operations teams to resolve issues, while using EMR systems and dashboards to monitor performance and data quality.

• Knowledge of insurance verification processes and financial clearance workflows.

Responsibilities
