Athletico is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to ensure accurate patient intake and seamless financial clearance. You will support front-office operations, ensure data integrity, and collaborate with Billing and Clinical teams to optimize revenue cycle performance.

The role involves EMR usage, patient education on payments, and proactive engagement to improve patient satisfaction while maintaining HIPAA compliance and high standards of service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in healthcare admin or customer service preferred.
• Knowledge of healthcare insurance benefits and payment processes a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and deliver a courteous front-office experience.
• Complete patient intake and registration with data accuracy.
• Educate patients on financial responsibilities and payment options.
• Collect at-service payments and meet collection targets.
• Coordinate scheduling and communicate with clinical teams.
• Utilize EMR systems and dashboards for data integrity and reporting.
