Athletico Physical Therapy is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to ensure accurate patient intake and financial clearance, delivering a seamless front-office experience. You will support data integrity, collaborate with clinical teams, and help optimize revenue cycle performance.

The role requires strong customer service, EMR proficiency, and knowledge of insurance verification processes. This full-time position is based in Indiana and offers extensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and prompt issue resolution in a high-volume front-office setting.
• Proficient with MS Office, Outlook and Excel for data entry and reporting.
• Knowledge of healthcare insurance benefits and coverage and patient payments.
• Experience requesting and managing customer payments and related processes.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and deliver an exceptional front-office experience.
• Complete patient intake/registration including insurance eligibility and authorization.
• Educate patients on financial responsibilities and digital tools.
• Collect time-of-service payments and meet collection targets.
• Manage clinic scheduling and ensure provider availability.
• Track KPIs for registration accuracy and patient satisfaction.
