The role reports to the Clinic Manager and collaborates with clinical teams, supported by the Patient Experience Specialist. Ideal candidates excel in customer service, data accuracy, and effective communication.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service skills and communication abilities.
• Experience with MS Office, Excel, and EMR/EHR systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional front-office experience and greet patients.
• Complete patient intake and registration with demographic verification and insurance eligibility.
• Educate patients on financial responsibilities and payment options.
• Manage scheduling workflows and monitor registration accuracy and collections targets.
• Coordinate communication with referral sources and clinical teams.
