Athletico Physical Therapy is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to ensure accurate patient intake and financial clearance, delivering a seamless front-office experience while safeguarding data and supporting revenue cycle performance.

The role reports to the Clinic Manager and collaborates with clinical teams, PES, and other departments. Requires strong customer service and familiarity with EMR systems and insurance processes.

Qualificações

• Customer-focused front-office experience.
• Familiar with insurance benefits and patient payments.
• Proficient with MS Office (Outlook/Excel).
• HIPAA compliant data handling.

Responsabilidades

• Greet patients and deliver a seamless front-office experience.
• Complete patient intake/registration with accurate data and eligibility.
• Educate patients on financial responsibilities and payment options.
• Collect time-of-service payments and meet collection targets.
• Manage clinic scheduling to optimize provider availability.
• Monitor KPIs for registration accuracy and patient satisfaction.
• Coordinate with PES, Billing and Clinical Ops to resolve issues.
• Use EMR/Dashboard tools to track patient progress and improve processes.
• Communicate patient progress and plans with referral sources.
• Support engagement activities and team cross-training.
