Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and ability to resolve issues in a high-volume front-office environment.
• Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems and scheduling dashboards for data accuracy.
• Knowledge of healthcare insurance benefits, eligibility, and authorization processes.
• Experience handling patient payments and revenue-cycle basics.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional front-office experience by greeting patients and resolving issues at touchpoints.
• Complete patient intake/registration with demographic verification and eligibility checks.
• Educate patients on financial responsibilities and digital tools (patient portal).
• Collect time-of-service payments and support revenue cycle targets.
• Manage clinic scheduling to optimize provider availability.
• Monitor KPIs for registration accuracy, insurance turnaround, and patient satisfaction.
• Collaborate with PES, Billing, and Clinical Operations to resolve issues.
• Utilize EMR dashboards to track patient outcomes and support improvements.
• Communicate patient progress notes to referral sources.
• Organize patient milestones and community-building activities with the clinical team.
• Participate in ongoing training and cross-training programs.
