Athletico seeks a Patient Experience Coordinator to ensure accurate patient intake and financial clearance, delivering a seamless, compliant front-office experience. You will collaborate with clinical teams and receive support from the PES, while supporting revenue-cycle performance.

The role emphasizes data integrity, patient education on finances, and cross-functional teamwork to resolve complex scheduling and insurance issues, in a busy clinic environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service in a high-volume, patient-facing environment.
• Proficient with MS Office, Outlook and Excel; basic data entry.
• Knowledge of healthcare insurance benefits and coverage preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and deliver an exceptional front-office experience.
• Complete patient intake/registration with accuracy and compliance.
• Educate patients on financial responsibilities and payment options.
• Collect time-of-service payments and support collection targets.
• Manage clinic scheduling to optimize provider availability and access.
• Track KPIs for registration accuracy and patient satisfaction.
• Collaborate with PES, Billing and Clinical teams to resolve issues.
• Utilize EMR systems and dashboards to monitor data and improve processes.
• Communicate patient progress notes to referral sources timely.
