Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a medical office or clinical setting preferred.
• Prior experience in a receptionist or front desk role strongly preferred.
• Exceptional customer service skills and passion for serving others.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage check-in/check-out and appointment scheduling.
• Answer phones, take messages, route inquiries, and schedule appointments.
• Collect copayments and service fees, issue receipts, and reconcile daily transactions.
• Verify insurance details and update patient demographics in EPIC or similar EMR.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Support scheduling of follow-up and referral appointments with providers.
