Job summary

Duly Health and Care is seeking a Patient Service Representative to act as the first point of contact for patients in Arlington Heights. Responsibilities include greeting patients, check-in/out, scheduling, collecting copays, and managing referrals.

You will use EPIC and other systems to update records and verify insurance details while maintaining HIPAA compliance. This role offers full-time hours and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• HSD or equivalent required, relevant customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in a medical office or clinical setting a plus.
• Strong communication and confidentiality skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in/out patients; schedule appointments.
• Answer phones, respond to emails, and route inquiries.
• Collect copays and maintain accurate records in EPIC.
• Verify insurance details and update patient demographics.
• Support referrals and follow-up scheduling with providers.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.
• Participate in daily huddles and monitor queue times.
