Job summary

The Patient Service Representative at Duly Health and Care serves as a primary contact for patients, greeting, checking in, scheduling, collecting co-pays, and routing calls within an EPIC environment.

This full-time front-desk role requires excellent customer service, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining HIPAA-compliant records and patient flow across sites in the Westmont area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a medical office or clinical setting preferred; receptionist/front desk experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent customer service and clear verbal/written communication; proficient in EPIC or similar EMR.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly at check-in/out and schedule appointments.
• Collect copayments, issue receipts, and reconcile daily transactions.
• Answer phones, route inquiries, and schedule follow-ups as needed.
• Verify insurance details and update patient demographics in EPIC.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.
