Job summary

Duly Health and Care is seeking a Patient Service Representative to serve as the first point of contact for patients, greeting and guiding them through check-in and scheduling while handling payments and referrals. You will work within EPIC to maintain accurate records and support a high-quality patient experience.

The role emphasizes strong communication, teamwork, and a commitment to compassionate care in a busy front desk environment.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service and patient-focused approach.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with EPIC or similar EMR systems desired.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and check in/out, schedule appointments, and collect copays.
• Manage phone system, answer inquiries, and relay messages accurately.
• Coordinate scheduling with providers to optimize access and reduce wait times.
• Maintain patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Assist with referral coordination and follow-up appointments.
