Job summary

Duly Health and Care is seeking a Patient Service Representative to join our care team. You will be the first point of contact for patients, handling check-in/check-out, scheduling, and front desk operations with a focus on service excellence.

Responsibilities include collecting co-pays, answering calls, updating patient records in EPIC, and coordinating referrals. Candidates should have strong communication skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient in EPIC or similar EMR systems.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in/out patients and schedule appointments.
• Collect co-pays and process payments accurately.
• Answer phones and route inquiries; manage referrals and records in EPIC.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Coordinate provider schedules and optimize appointment availability.
