Qualifications

• Experience in a front desk or medical office environment preferred.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients and visitors in a professional, welcoming manner.
• Register patients, schedule appointments, and manage referrals/authorizations.
• Collect and verify patient demographics and insurance information.
• Process registration forms and maintain medical records accurately.
• Collect copayments and balance daily records; scan and index documents.
• Coordinate interpreter services and ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and colleagues; support other staff as needed.
