Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet, register, check in/out patients with a welcoming manner.
• Answer calls, provide information, and schedule appointments.
• Enter and manage referrals and obtain necessary authorizations.
• Collect and verify patient demographics and insurance info.
• Process registration forms and medical records accurately.
• Collect copayments and balance daily records.
• Scan and maintain patient documentation.
• Coordinate interpreter services when needed.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality.
• Support other staff and participate in trainings.
