Qualifications

• Knowledge of medical insurance basics (co-pays, deductibles, plans).

Responsibilities

• Greet, register, and discharge patients with a patient-first approach.
• Input patient demographics and financial data at registration.
• Verify and update patient insurance information at check-in.
• Maintain knowledge of insurance plans, co-pays, deductibles, and coverage limits.
• Facilitate patient flow by notifying providers of arrivals and delays.
• Coordinate medical records requests and referrals as needed.
