Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of reception functions, clinic procedures, and administrative workflows.
• Understanding of medical terminology preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet, check in/out patients in a professional, welcoming manner.
• Answer calls, provide information, and schedule appointments.
• Enter and manage patient demographics and insurance information.
• Process registration forms and documentation accurately.
• Collect copayments and maintain daily balancing records.
• Maintain patient records and documentation with HIPAA compliance.
