Concentra is seeking a Patient Service Specialist to join its patient care team. You will perform front-desk duties, registrations, scheduling, and provide exceptional customer service while ensuring HIPAA compliance and professional communication with patients and staff.

Responsibilities include greeting patients, checking in/out, handling forms, managing calls, and supporting center operations with accuracy and discretion.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED completed.
• 6 months to 1 year of related front-desk or patient service experience.
• Familiarity with HIPAA, PHI privacy regulations.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors and provide directions as needed.
• Communicate wait times and schedule follow-up appointments.
• Check in/out patients using patient management systems.
• Obtain authorization when required and complete paperwork accurately.
• Answer and direct incoming calls and relay messages.
• Maintain organized, confidential handling of records and forms.
• Assist in training and daily operations to support Center Staff.
