Job summary

Concentra is seeking a Patient Service Specialist to join our patient care team in delivering exceptional service and a welcoming experience. You will handle patient registration, scheduling, and multi-line phone duties while upholding HIPAA guidelines.

The role includes greeting patients, checking in/out, explaining forms, coordinating referrals, and supporting front-office operations. A High School Diploma or GED and 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• 6 months to 1 year of related experience preferred.
• Wamiliarity with state occupational medicine requirements is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors.
• Check in patients using the patient management system.
• Answer incoming telephone lines and direct calls.
• Explain forms and ensure proper completion of paperwork.
• Process referrals and manage checkout and records.
• Maintain inventory and assist in front-office operations.
• Perform some medical assistant duties as assigned.
