Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking a Patient Services Associate to ensure an excellent patient experience and smooth front-office workflows in Utah. You will greet patients, check them in, collect copays, verify insurance, and support scheduling and referrals.

The role emphasizes accurate billing, HIPAA compliance, and teamwork within a busy medical office. A high school diploma or GED is required, with 2–3 years of related experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 2-3 years experience in a medical office preferred.
• Strong computer knowledge (Microsoft Office) preferred.
• Experience in coding, office billing, insurance and government payer regulations preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in patients; verify demographics and insurance information.
• Collect copayments and manage bills; schedule follow-up visits.
• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits prior to appointments.
• Prepare daily clinic schedule and chart prep for upcoming appointments.
• Support communication between patients, providers, and staff.
• Maintain a clean, confidential front-office environment.
