Job summary

Mercy in Kirkwood Clinic is seeking a Patient Services Representative to be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring a positive and seamless experience by managing front desk operations and workflows.

The role includes greeting patients, handling scheduling and data entry, and maintaining confidentiality. Shift is Monday–Friday, FT Days, with training post-hire at the clinic.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills essential.
• Proficiency in basic computer data entry and word processing.
• Excellent customer service with professional demeanor.
• Accurate data entry and attention to detail.
• Maintain patient confidentiality per privacy policies.
• Able to adapt and remain poised under pressure.
• Complete Clinic Core Front Desk Training after hire.
