MyEyeDr. is seeking a Patient Service Coordinator to manage front desk tasks, check-in/out processes, and patient communications. You will learn about insurance options and support appointment scheduling to ensure a smooth, patient-centered visit.

Qualifications

• Front desk or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Organized with ability to prioritize multiple tasks under pressure.

• Team player who communicates well with staff and patients.
• Computer savvy with strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide patients a personalized check in/out experience.
• Verify insurance options and educate patients during checkout.
• Assist with appointment confirmations and patient outreach.
• Manage multiple phone lines, greet patients, and schedule appointments.
• Cross-train to other office support roles as needed.
