Job summary

MyEyeDr. is seeking a Patient Service Coordinator to join our front desk team and deliver a best-in-class patient experience during check-in and check-out. Training will be provided to learn our insurance processes and scheduling practices, with weekend/evening shifts as needed.

You will manage multiple phone lines, greet patients, verify insurance options, and support office staff to ensure timely, friendly care. A patient-centric, collaborative attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a front desk, reception, or customer-facing role.
• Able to manage multiple tasks with strong organization.
• Excellent written and oral communication; patient-focused.

Responsibilities

• Provide patients a personalized check in/out experience.
• Verify and educate patients on insurance options.
• Assist in appointment confirmations and patient outreach.
• Manage multiple phone lines, greet patients, schedule appointments.
• Cross-train to other office support roles as needed.
• Collaborate with doctors to ensure seamless patient experience.
