Qualifications

• 1+ years in front office, customer service, or healthcare is preferred.
• Warm, empathetic communicator with a customer-first mindset.
• Strong attention to detail in data entry and records.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every patient with a warm, professional greeting.
• Run check-in/check-out and verify insurance/demographics.
• Manage scheduling: book, reschedule, cancel per clinic workflows.
• Answer calls, respond to questions, route calls appropriately.
• Collect payments at time of service and discuss payment options.
