Qualifications

• 1+ years of front office or healthcare experience.
• Warm, empathetic communicator with a customer-first mindset.
• Strong attention to detail in data entry and documentation.
• Familiar with EMR and scheduling systems or eager to learn.
• Ability to stay calm in a busy front office.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every patient with a warm, professional greeting.
• Run check-in and check-out accurately and efficiently, including verifying insurance and demographics.
• Manage the schedule: book, reschedule, and cancel appointments.
• Be the voice of the clinic: answer calls and route inquiries.
• Collect payments at time of service and discuss payment options.
• Keep patient records current and organized.
• Coordinate with clinical staff to maintain patient flow.
• Keep the reception area welcoming and tidy.
• Protect patient privacy and HIPAA compliance daily.
