Responsabilidades

• Check-in patients and complete necessary paperwork for admitting.
• Answer phone calls and route to appropriate staff.
• Schedule appointments according to clinic guidelines.
• Obtain patient and insurance information, collect copays and deductibles.
• Copy/scan patient materials into the EMR in the correct location.
• Prepare charts for appointments ensuring all information is complete.
