Job summary

Mercy Hospital Carthage is seeking a Patient Service Representative to be the first point of contact for patients and visitors at the Carthage location. You will manage front desk operations and workflows to ensure a positive patient experience.

The role requires excellent communication, data entry accuracy, and a patient-focused approach, with training provided through the Clinic Core Front Desk program after hire. This is a full-time, on-site position in Carthage, MO.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills essential for patient interactions.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills, including data entry.
