Responsibilities

• Handle insurance and billing inquiries; provide clear information.
• Support scheduling and coordinate referrals as needed.
• Answer calls, keep the reception area organized, and perform admin duties.
• Familiarize with CMD services and navigate software for reservations and EMR.
