Job summary

ConvenientMD in Massachusetts is seeking a Medical Receptionist to be the first face patients see when entering one of our clinics. You will greet patients, complete registrations, update records, collect payments, and help ensure timely consultations, whether patients have reservations or walk-ins.

You will work closely with the clinical team, stay organized, multi-task, and use several software systems to follow HIPAA protocols. The role offers growth in a growing medical company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities
