ConvenientMD LLC is seeking a Medical Receptionist to be the first point of contact for patients and visitors at our New England clinics. You will register patients, collect payments, and support the clinical team to ensure a smooth flow of patients and accurate record keeping.

You will handle phone inquiries, coordinate scheduling, and assist with insurance-related questions while staying organized in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proactive and confident communicator, written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Compassionate, authentic, and patient-focused.
• Technically savvy with Microsoft Office or related software.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors, register new and existing patients.
• Collect payments and assist with insurance co-pays and billing inquiries.
• Coordinate clinic operations to ensure smooth patient flow and timely service.
• Answer phones professionally and maintain a welcoming reception area.
• Familiarize with CMD services and navigate multiple software systems for scheduling and records.
