ConvenientMD LLC is seeking a Medical Receptionist to be the first friendly face in our clinics across New England. You will greet patients, register new and existing patients, collect payments, and help ensure timely visits.

You will work with the clinical team to support patient flow, answer calls, and manage multiple software systems for reservations and EMR. A high school diploma and HIPAA awareness are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Ability to handle sensitive patient information with discretion (HIPAA).
