Athletico is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to ensure accurate patient intake and financial clearance while delivering a seamless front-office experience. You will collaborate with clinical teams and support revenue cycle, reporting to the Clinic Manager.

Essential duties include managing registration, educating patients on payments, and using EMR systems to track outcomes and compliance. This full-time role emphasizes data integrity and exceptional customer service.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office, Outlook and Excel.
• Experience with healthcare insurance benefits and patient payments.
• 1-2 years of customer service in healthcare administration preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Greet patients and provide a positive front-office experience.
• Complete patient intake and registration with accuracy.
• Educate patients on financial responsibilities and payment options.
• Collect time-of-service payments and meet collection targets.
• Coordinate scheduling and maintain data integrity in EMR.
• Collaborate with PES, Billing, and Clinical teams on issues.
• Utilize EMR dashboards and reporting tools.
• Communicate patient progress notes to referral sources.
