Job summary

Athletico is hiring a Patient Experience Coordinator to ensure accurate patient intake and financial clearance, delivering a seamless front-office experience while maintaining compliance and data integrity. The role reports to the Clinic Manager and works with the Patient Experience Specialist and clinical teams.

Responsibilities include educating patients on costs, collecting payments, managing scheduling, and supporting revenue cycle performance through data tools and KPIs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Experience with MS Office, Outlook and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and deliver a welcoming front-office experience.
• Complete patient intake and registration, verify demographics and insurance.
• Educate patients on financial responsibilities and digital tools.
• Collect time-of-service payments and meet collection targets.
• Manage clinic scheduling to optimize provider availability and access.
• Monitor KPIs for registration accuracy and patient satisfaction.
• Collaborate with PES, Billing, and Clinical Operations to resolve issues.
• Utilize EMR/ERP dashboards to track outcomes and improve processes.
