Job summary

Athletico is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to ensure accurate patient intake, financial clearance, and a seamless front-office experience. You will work closely with clinic teams and receive support from a Patient Experience Specialist to maintain data integrity and drive revenue cycle performance.

In this role, you will manage registration, educate patients on payment options, and utilize EMR systems and reporting tools to monitor KPIs and outcomes, while delivering compassionate

Qualifications

Front-office experience and patient interactions preferred.
Knowledge of insurance benefits and financial responsibilities is advantageous.
Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems and scheduling tools desired.
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a high-volume environment with accuracy.

Responsibilities

Greet patients, register them accurately, and verify demographics and insurance.
Educate patients on financial responsibilities and payment options.
Collect time-of-service payments and monitor KPIs for registrations and collections.
Coordinate with PES, Billing, and Clinical teams to resolve issues.
Use EMR systems and dashboards to track patient outcomes and compliance.
