Job summary

IVX Health is seeking a Healthcare Front Desk Coordinator to join our infusion center network. This Full Time role operates Monday–Friday with rotating Saturdays, supporting patient intake, appointment scheduling, and insurance verification.

You will collaborate with clinical teams to ensure smooth patient flow, maintain records in our EHR/EMR systems, and deliver exceptional front-line service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of front desk or administrative experience in a medical or healthcare setting.
• Strong understanding of insurance verification, billing basics, and patient intake processes.
• Proficiency with EHR/EMR systems and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and manage phones and visitors with professionalism.
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments; ensure pre-visit requirements are in place.
• Verify patient insurance, update demographics, and collect copays accurately.
• Coordinate patient flow with nursing staff for a safe, smooth visit.
• Maintain a clean, inviting front desk area and support multiple centers as needed.
