IVX Health is seeking a Front Desk Coordinator for infusion centers, Monday–Friday with rotating Saturdays, day shift. You’ll be the first contact, delivering exceptional service and supporting patient scheduling and records.

This role emphasizes accuracy, insurance verification, and a calm, patient-focused approach. You’ll collaborate with nursing staff and help maintain welcoming front desks across centers.

Qualifikationen

• 1–3 years of front desk or administrative experience in a medical setting.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of insurance verification, billing basics, and patient intake.
• Proficiency in EHR/EMR systems and scheduling software.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and patient-facing protocols.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben

• Greet patients and answer phones with warmth and professionalism.
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments with pre-visit requirements.
• Verify patient insurance, update demographics, and collect copays.
• Coordinate with clinical teams to manage patient flow.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming front desk and reception area.
• Provide support across centers as needed.
