IVX Health is seeking a Front Desk Coordinator to manage patient intake, scheduling, and front-desk operations at our infusion centers. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring a warm welcome and accurate data handling in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Ideal candidates bring 1–3 years in medical front desk roles, proficiency with EHR/EMR systems and scheduling software, and strong customer service skills. Regular Monday–Friday hours with day shifts are offered.

Qualifikationen

1–3 years of front desk or administrative experience in a medical or healthcare setting.
Experience verifying insurance and processing patient intake.
Proficiency with EHR/EMR and scheduling tools.

Aufgaben

Greet patients and support visitors with warmth and care.
Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments with pre-visit requirements.
Verify patient insurance, collect copays, and update demographics.
Coordinate with nursing staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
Maintain a clean, welcoming front desk and reception area.
Support multiple IVX Health centers as needed during busy periods.
