Vision Innovation Partners in Kingston, PA is seeking a personable Patient Care Associate to join our front desk team. You will greet patients, check-in and check-out, schedule appointments, and handle daily administrative tasks to ensure a smooth patient experience.

The ideal candidate has strong customer service, clear communication, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Detail-oriented with ability to multitask.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Experience with MS Office and familiarity with electronic medical records is a plus.
• Healthcare experience preferred but training provided.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients professionally in person and on the phone.
• Check-in, check-out and schedule appointments.
• Refer questions and issues appropriately to providers.
• Notify providers of patient arrivals and manage patient flow.
• Maintain patient records and ensure accurate information.
• Assist with billing and collecting patient charges as needed.
• Maintain office inventory and equipment.
