Job summary

Vision Innovation Partners is seeking a personable Patient Care Associate to join our team and manage front desk operations. You will greet patients, check-in and check-out, schedule appointments, and handle administrative tasks with a focus on exceptional service.

Ideal candidates bring a High School diploma or GED, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare setting. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, and training is provided where needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be detail-oriented with multitasking ability.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with EMR software a plus.
• Healthcare experience preferred; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients in person and by phone and manage front desk tasks.
• Optimize provider schedules and patient satisfaction through efficient scheduling.
• Notify providers of patient arrivals and update records.
• Assist with check-in/check-out, payments, and insurance coordination.
• Maintain inventory and office equipment; ensure smooth operations.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to patients.
