Job summary

Vision Innovation Partners is seeking a personable and energetic Patient Care Associate to join our team. You will manage the Front Desk, greet patients, check-in/out, schedule appointments, and handle administrative duties to support smooth patient flow.

The role requires excellent communication, multitasking, and a commitment to outstanding patient service. Healthcare experience is a plus, with training provided as needed. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Detail-oriented with ability to multitask.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Experience with MS Office is a plus.
• Experience with electronic medical records software is a plus.
• Healthcare experience preferred but training provided.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients in person and on the phone.
• Assist with check-in/check-out, scheduling and front-desk tasks.
• Coordinate provider schedules and patient satisfaction.
• Notify providers of patient arrivals.
• Update and retrieve patient records as needed.
• Assist with billing, charges and third-party claims.
• Maintain office inventory and equipment.
