Job summary

Vision Innovation Partners seeks a personable Patient Care Associate to manage front desk responsibilities, greet patients, and handle check-in/check-out, scheduling, and administrative tasks. The role emphasizes excellent customer service and efficient patient flow.

The candidate should have a high school diploma or GED, strong communication, multitasking abilities, and familiarity with MS Office; healthcare experience is preferred and training is provided. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Detail-oriented with ability to multitask.
• Exceptional customer service skills and communication.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Knowledge of electronic medical records software is a plus.
• Healthcare experience preferred but not required (training provided).
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greeting patients at front desk, in person or on the phone.
• Check-in and check-out, scheduling, and admin tasks.
• Assist with verifying and collecting patient charges while filing third-party claims.
• Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of information.
• Facilitate smooth provider scheduling and patient flow.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to patients.
