Now Optics is seeking a Doctor’s Technician to greet patients, facilitate sales, and connect clinical services with retail support in a fast-paced optical store environment. Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or advanced certification beyond high school diploma, or currently enrolled in a comparable program.
• 2+ years of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients or customers.
• Strong communication with diverse groups.
• Active listening, rapport-building, and empathy.
• Problem solving to address patient concerns.
• Collaborative spirit with the team and patients.
• Driven by results with ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
• Positive demeanor and customer-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers as they enter the store and identify needs to ensure a memorable experience.
• Promote available products and services and facilitate sales.
• Foster partnership between retail and clinical teams.
• Schedule and confirm appointments and enter patient history in the system.
• Assist management with patient concerns and ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain brand standards and basic housekeeping.
• Prepare and edge lenses, assemble frames, and expedite deliveries.
• Monitor lab area quality and report equipment issues.
• Ensure on-time delivery of customer orders and accurate fulfillment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
