Stanton Optical is seeking a Doctor’s Technician to be the first touchpoint for patients, delivering exceptional service and supporting seamless coordination between clinical services and retail teams.

You will assist with pre-tests, scheduling, and basic eye-care procedures while driving sales and upholding brand standards in a fast-paced store environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher certification required.
• 2+ years of customer service experience with patients/customers.
• Strong communication skills across diverse groups.
• Active listening, rapport-building, and empathy.
• Proactive problem solving and addressing patient concerns.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients/customers entering the store, identify needs and facilitate sales.
• Foster a partnership between retail and professional services.
• Schedule/confirm appointments, enter history, perform pre-tests and tests.
• Assist management with complaint resolution and status updates.
• Maintain brand standards and housekeeping as needed.
• Edge lenses into frames and ensure on-time delivery of orders.
• Maintain lab brand standards and report equipment issues.
• Monitor delivery times to achieve 100% compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
