Job summary

Now Optics, d/b/a Stanton Optical Brand, seeks a Doctor’s Technician to be the friendly first touchpoint in-store, supporting a smooth clinical-to-retail handoff and driving sales. You will greet patients, answer questions, and coordinate appointments while delivering exceptional service.

You will work to uphold brand standards, assist with pre-tests and basic lab tasks, and ensure accurate, on-time eyewear delivery, within a fast-growing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients entering the store and identify needs to enable an easy, memorable experience and promote products and services
• Foster partnership between retail and professional services
• Schedule/confirm appointments and enter patient history in the system
• Assist management with patient issue resolution and status updates
• Maintain brand standards and housekeeping in store
• Assist in lab activities to expedite eyeglasses delivery
• Notify management of equipment issues or order problems
• Track delivery times to ensure on-time customer fulfillment
• Perform other duties as assigned
