Job summary

Stanton Optical, part of Now Optics, seeks a Doctor’s Technician to greet patients, facilitate sales, and bridge retail with clinical services. You will perform pre-tests, assist with orders, and support the team to ensure a smooth in-store patient experience.

The role requires at least an associate degree or certification, 2+ years of customer service, and strong communication. On-site store location with competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or advanced certification beyond high school or currently enrolled in a comparable program.
• 2+ years of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients/customers.
• Effective communication with a diverse group of people.
• Active listening, rapport-building and empathy with patients.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers, identify needs, provide promotions and services to facilitate sales.
• Foster a strong partnership between retail and professional services.
• Schedule appointments and record patient history in the system; perform basic pre-tests and tests.
• Assist management with patient concerns and ensure expectations are met.
• Maintain brand standards and assist in orderly lab and frames processing.
• Ensure timely delivery of orders and accuracy in customer orders.
