Job summary

Athletico is hiring a Patient Experience Coordinator (PEC) to ensure accurate patient intake, insurance verification, and seamless front-office operations at our Frisco, TX clinic. You will guide patients through payments, registrations, and digital tools, while supporting revenue cycle performance and data integrity.

You'll work closely with clinical teams, receive support from a PES, and contribute to a welcoming patient experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Outlook and Excel; familiarity with EMR/EHR systems and scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional front-office experience for patients and families.
• Complete patient intake, registration, and insurance eligibility with accuracy.
• Educate patients on financial responsibilities and payment options.
