Job summary

Athletico is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to ensure precise patient intake, financial clearance, and a seamless front-office experience. You’ll work with Clinic Manager and PES, maintain data integrity, and support revenue cycle performance while delivering compliant care.

Responsibilities include educating patients on payments and tools, managing registrations, coordinating with clinical teams, and using EMR dashboards to monitor KPIs and improve service quality.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate clearly.
• Experience with MS Office, Excel, and healthcare payments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional front-office experience for patients.
• Accurately complete patient intake and registration, verify demographics, insurance eligibility, and authorizations.
• Educate patients on financial responsibilities and payment options.
• Collect time-of-service payments and meet collection targets.
• Manage clinic scheduling workflows and monitor KPIs.
